Community Impact
We work to address health disparities in our communities

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to lead a healthy life, regardless of their circumstances
The challenge is, many people don’t have an equal opportunity to live a healthy life due to social and environmental factors. These factors are known as social determinants of health. Through our Community Impact initiative, we work to address social determinants of health in the communities where we live and work. Our goal is to make sure everyone has the chance to reach their full health potential.

Our community-based programs help improve lives
Encouraging our employees to take action
From our Global Health Initiative to local blood drives, we have more than 1,200 volunteers participating in Medline’s Service Corps. Each employee brings their unique skills and hands-on experience to the people and communities that need it most.

Strengthening the communities where we live and work
We provide the resources people need to live a healthier life, from proper housing and education to food security.
Supporting organizations that help achieve health equity
We partner with organizations that help resolve important healthcare issues such as breast cancer, heart disease and population health.

The NO MORE Foundation is dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. The organization received a grant on behalf of an employee to help expand the reach of their lifesaving message by translating all materials into Spanish.
Donating to the causes our employees care about most
We recognize our employees who have gone above and beyond to help their communities by donating to the charities and organizations they support. Because of COVID-19, these acts of kindness are appreciated now more than ever.
