Comparable Items Tool
Learning how to use Medline’s Comparable Items search allows users to quickly see Medline’s Branded item to a competitive items by part number.

Once you have logged in, you have now arrived at the My Account landing page. From here, select “Comparable Items Search”
- Comparable Items Tool- This tool is one method of checking to see if Medline has an item similar to the branded product you are researching. The following steps will illustrate how to use this tool.
This is dependent on data provided to Medline.com and is not an all-inclusive listing of possible alternatives for your product. If your cross reference search does not return desired results, please try searching the name of the item in the Product Search bar or contacting Customer Service at 1-800-MEDLINE.
This is the branded item that you are looking to compare to the Medline alternatives.
The first item that comes up will be the branded product you initially searched for. Following that item will be the available Medline alternatives.
To get more information on a single item, you can go to the item page by clicking the description of the item.
