Step 1: Prepare the skin
Make sure the periwound skin is clean, dry and intact.
Use Skintegrity Wound Cleaner to clean the wound |
Use SurePrep Rapid Dry to protect the skin (optional) |
Step 2: Measure the tape
Unroll desired length of tape |
Cut or tear |
Stick tape around the dressing/tubing and apply |
Ensure the tape is snug, but not too tight, |
Step 5: Remove the tape
Gently peel back the tape starting at the edge. |
If tape remains, use a medical adhesive remover |
